The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, except that the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees and costs as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of California, United States, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
tastyfamilydishes reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
